You will start off by filling in your details and obtaining your bmi and fat % count. Also you will need to upload your before image. Once your profile is setup then you can staart the fun. Start with Day 1 and complete the requirements for a upper body training day. Choose between the range of exercises and do atleast 2 per target area.
